A three-stage workflow built on documented procedures.
Raw Material Inspection
Every crude bitumen, polymer, emulsifier and additive intake is sampled, profiled and approved before issue to production.
In-process Sampling
Live samples are drawn at defined intervals — temperature, viscosity and consistency are continuously monitored.
Pre-dispatch Testing
Final batch is profiled across the full IS test matrix and a test certificate accompanies every dispatch.
Traceability
Each batch carries a unique reference linking it to raw-material lots, operators and test records.
