Engineered for performance, dispatched with confidence.
PMB is produced by modifying paving bitumen with thermoplastic elastomers (typically SBS) under controlled high-shear blending. The polymer network gives the binder a much wider service-temperature window — softer at low temperatures and significantly stiffer at high temperatures.
Mascot Petrochem manufactures PMB 40, PMB 70 and PMB 120 as per IS:15462, with each batch tested for elastic recovery, softening point and storage stability. The product is supplied in insulated tankers to preserve homogeneity from plant to site.
PMB is specified wherever pavement performance, longevity and ride quality cannot be compromised: airfield runways, expressways, bridges and heavy industrial yards.
